Tag Challenge......

I made this birthday party tag for a challenge over at a great new blog Catherine and Cathy Create- it's a great blog that you should go check out!! I colored the stamp with a combination of pencil crayon and markers, the paper is MME and the ink is Stampin'Up, the ribbon is from my stash
